I am joining in with T-Day today, but my beverage photo is not of tea. Instead, I have a drink whose label proudly extols its sugar content. This completely unhealthy (but oh-so-sweet) concoction is Jelly Belly soda pop. :)
My husband came home from a business trip with these two bottles. The Juicy Pear was for our son, and the Green Apple was for me, but we both ended up sampling a little of each flavor. (That's why the bottles are partly empty in this photo.) I am not really a pop fan, but I do love Jelly Belly jelly beans, so this beverage was a winner in my book. I also can't wait to figure out a way to incorporate the cute bottle caps into my crafting. :)
Speaking of crafting, I also have a scrapbook page to share today. This winter has been long and hard, both because of the weather and because of the loss of Archivers (thanks for all the nice comments on my last post, BTW)...but it has also had its sweet moments. One such moment was the winter zoo class that I documented in this layout. I mean, what's not to like about an afternoon that includes visiting the rainforest room (ahhh, warmth!), eating waffle fries, seeing interesting animals, being with friends, hopping like a frog, and making a "slime" craft? Well, okay, you might have to be a child, or at least be in touch with your inner child, to appreciate that last item. While slime doesn't really thrill me, fitting a baker's dozen photos onto one page (thanks to the photo collage service at Walgreens) does. And looking at this page and remembering the fun day that it documents just makes me happy. :)
I hope that today will bring something sweet and fun into your life. Thanks for visiting my blog. Happy Tuesday!

Halle and I had a conversation once about what you call a soft drink. I see that you, like me, prefer to call it "pop." And I know you're going to find the perfect use for those bottle caps. I'd even save the bottles and figure out a way to alter them so the brand showed through.
That's a beautiful scrapbook page. It makes for a wonderful memory of a special day. So glad you were able to document it so well.
Thanks for sharing your pop with us this Tuesday during T(ea).
Yes, I call it soft drink, but now way would I be drinking it with my tooth so sore. I love going to the zoo, too brings back happy memories of childhood and you have made a great memory of it.
I would find a way to save those gorgeous labels, too! While we have not consumed any "soda" in years, these looks like they may be fun to try as long as the flavors were "normal" ones!
I too LOVE Jelly Belly Jelly Beans. They have to be the real ones though. Hubby tends to get some every Christmas from Santa. Wish we could try those drinks too.
Great layout. Love how you incorporated all those photos in. Sounds like the kids (and you) had a great time!
Hugs
xx
I have never seen that soda! Too funny!
Great layout! I have been using Walgreens a lot lately for printing up my photos.
i'd never heard of this brand of soft drink before.
i usually call all carbonated beverages "coke" as in "do you want a coke?" "yes." "ok, what kind?" "green apple!" lol
I'm not a fan of jelly beans ...or pop for that matter but I'm always game to try a new or unique flavor. As long as someone shares the bottle with me.
That wind is super crazy now here on the SW side of the cities. Yikes! Kids are hoping for another day off or at least late start. Never. Ending. Winter.
I can almost smell your Jelly Belly 'sodas' ;)
and fancy bottle caps are always a bonus feature of bottled drinks aren't they!
Fun collage page to remember a fun day!
Stay warm...

I think I'm one of the few people who doesn't like jelly beans, so I'd pass on the soda. But the Zoo class sounds like all kinds of fun!! :) Happy belated T-Day!
The pop sure looks good, and so is the layout!
Oh my, first of all apologies for my late appearance at your T for Tuesday and gasps to think of Jelly belly fizzy drinks!! Love those little sweets and my sensible head says the drinks are probable liquid diabetes but oh what fun!!
Lovely scrap page too!
